Massimo’s Restaurant

A personal chapter in food, hospitality and design.

Massimo’s in St Asaph was one of the restaurants I owned and ran. As a trained chef, it brought together food, hospitality and the experience of welcoming people around a table.

My menu design formed part of that experience. The restaurant was a finalist in the 2008 Customer Excellence Awards, a milestone preserved in the original certificate.
